Most questions we are asked are not about the products at all. They are about whether an order will actually arrive, how long it takes, and what the parcel looks like when it does. This page answers those.

Phnom Penh

Orders inside Phnom Penh are the fastest we deliver. Place the order, we confirm it, and it goes out with a local rider. If you are ordering to an office or a condominium reception, put the building name and floor in the address field — riders here navigate by landmark far more than by street number.

Siem Reap and the rest of the country

Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, Battambang and the provinces go by courier rather than by rider, so they take longer. The exact time depends on the courier's own schedule, which is why we show a range rather than promising a day we do not control.

If you are visiting

You do not need a Cambodian address. A hotel or guesthouse works, and it is what most visitors use. Two things make it go smoothly:

  • Put your own name exactly as the hotel has it on your booking, or reception may refuse a parcel for a name they cannot find.
  • Tell us your check-out date in the order note. If it is close, we will say so rather than send something that arrives after you have gone.

What the parcel looks like

Plain outer packaging. No product names, no pictures, and nothing on the outside that says what is inside. The sender line is the shop name only.

Paying

You can pay by KHQR from any Cambodian banking app, by ABA PayWay, by bank transfer, or cash on delivery where it is available. KHQR is the one most visitors find easiest, because it works from a phone without a Cambodian bank account in many cases. If anything about your order is unclear, message us before you pay rather than after. It is a much shorter conversation.
